This retreat will combine information on nutrition, sleep, and stress management with intuitive awareness, movement and mindset to help you find balance in your day to day living.
We'll explore (and give ourselves permission to) tune into our own needs and work a plan to meet those needs for our own general wellbeing.
Hosted at Village Yoga.
