Jul 27, 2023, 6 to 8:30 PM

This Thursday, 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM, and every consecutive Thursday through Aug. 17th, the Rotary Club of Waterbury presents FREE musical concerts at the Rusty Parker Memorial Park in Downtown Waterbury.
This Thursday's concert will be the "Tim Brick Band "providing Vermont country rocker music with a soulful edge that isn't afraid to get rowdy.

This year marks the Rotary Club's 41st year of "Concerts in the Park", and its 86th Anniversary of service to the Waterbury community and surrounding area. This "Concert in the Park" series is believed to be the longest consecutive running FREE to the public cultural arts series of its type in Vermont.

Come join us with family and friends that will be bringing their lawn chairs, blankets, and picnic supper or purchase your supper from a variety of vendors on site. Come early and shop from the numerous food vendors and booths set up at the Waterbury Farmer's Market, 4:00 - 7:00 pm. See you there and play Rotary's 50/50 Raffle with the proceeds from this Thursday going to support the Rotary's Cultural Arts Programs, including "Concerts in the Park. This years concert sponsors include Waterbury Service Center, NAPA Auto Parts, The Town of Waterbury and Stowe Street Emporium.

For the safety of the performers, Farmers Market vendors and the crowd…please remind guests and your children that unleashed dogs, bike riding, ball playing, climbing on structures and trees, and running through the gardens or crowd are prohibited during the event.

On the following Thursday, August 3rd, the " Lewis Creek Band" will perform. They will be playing classic country and oldies from then and now.

If inclement weather threatens the performance, listen to WDEV Radio Thursday afternoons for notification of cancellation.
