Cliff Landesman will teach participants how to build a sturdy, attractive, lightweight kayak that folds into a small square. The kayak has a wood frame and a rigid skin made from a rectangular sheet of corrugated plastic (often used for yard signs). Participants will learn about origami and will start by folding a paper prototype.
The workshop will be held in Cliff's garage. Two enrolled participants will leave the workshop with a working boat. Others may observe.
