The Brandon Select Board's Monday night regular meeting (in-person and Zoom options) will include the following non-routine items:

* sitting as liquor commissioners to approve review permits issued by the town clerk

* sitting as cannabis control commissioners to review cannabis establishments approved by the Vermont State Cannabis Control Board

* sitting as sewer commissioners to discuss recent high wastewater flow events

As the Select Board:

* Appoint the Moderator for the Town of Brandon .
*Consider a resolution re: the appointment of a project manager for the Forest Dale-Brandon Connection scoping study
*Discuss ARPA suggestions submitted by the community
*presentation by Brandon Essential Cares Network
*Meet in executive session regarding the appointment, employment, or evaluation of a public officer or employee, to include the Town Manager, in accordance with 1 VSA sec. 313(3)(a)(3)
