NOTICE OF HEARING
Peggy Zeno submitted a subdivision application (23-401) for sketch plan review of a 3-lot major subdivision located on a 58.5+/- acre parcel (C131W1) on the southerly side of Varney Hill Road in the Town of Starksboro. The proposed subdivision is in the ASRR and FC districts. The hearing on this application will be held per Sec. 426 of the Starksboro Land Use and Development Regulations (SLUDR).
Dan and Laura Nugent have submitted a conditional use application (23-501) for review of mixed uses on parcel E21166W on VT Route 116 in the Town of Starksboro. The proposed project is in the ASRR district. The hearing on this application will be held per Sec. 424 & 425 of the SLUDR.
The Starksboro Development Review Board will conduct these hearings on August 10, 2023, starting at 7 p.m. at the Starksboro Town Office with remote access (info below). The applications are available to review by request at the Starksboro zoning office.
Pursuant to 24 V.S.A. §§ 4464(a)(1)(C) and 4471(a), participation in this local proceeding is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal.
