Tomorrow (Thursday, July 20), we'll be preempting regular programming on WGDR and WGDH 10 am to 11 am to bring a special segment on how homeowners and renters can get assistance from FEMA and even the SBA (Small Business Administration), which offers loans to individuals as well as businesses after disasters. Phone lines will be open, with guests Jann Tracey from FEMA and Stephen Clark from the SBA.
