Based in Shelburne, Vermont, Skylark is the contemporary string quartet bringing a new spin to classical concerts around the state. Colleagues at the Vermont Symphony Orchestra, Skylark members have been performing together for decades and are as comfortable on a concert hall stage as they are in an opera pit, jazz club, folk festival or brewery. With a fresh batch of tunes inspired by their local roots, European history, and Nordic & Celtic affinity, Skylark is delighting and energizing audiences across northern Vermont this summer.

Skylark is: Jane Kittredge (violin); Ben Lively (violin, baritone violin, guitar, arrangements), Ana Ruesink, viola; John Dunlop, cello.
