Join Victoria Keen for a summertime sound bath on Thursday, July 27 from 6-7:30 pm at the Maple Corner Community Center.

With the intensity of this summer's wildfires and floods, many of us here in Vermont have frayed nerves and experiencing ecological grief. Sound bath meditations are a direct way to access, calm, and nourish the nervous system.

Victoria uses her training as a classical pianist and healing artist to weave a sonic tapestry that is also a prayer, a meditation, a journey both inward and outward, culminating in a deeply therapeutic multi-sensory experience.

It is her honor to offer this restorative meditation to the community in these intensely challenging times. Sound meditation offers a portal into stillness, peace, and liberation from the chatter of the monkey mind.

Sound has been used since ancient times as a healing tool to promote deep relaxation and wellbeing, ease pain, and increase energy levels in the body.
