Who's ready for fresh fruits and veggies?! WE ARE! The 2014 WIC Farm to
Family program will be at the Farmers’ Market on Wednesday. Farm to Family
coupons help you buy locally grown fresh fruits and vegetables at
participating farmers' markets, including the Champlain Islands Farmers
Market. All active WIC participants (6 month and up) are eligible for a
coupon booklet that is worth $30! (Up to 2 booklets per household)

You can pick up your Farm to Family Coupons right at the Champlain Islands
Farmers’ Market on Wednesday, August 13, from 3:00-6:00 pm.

South Hero Land Trust is teaming up with the Vermont Department of Health
to share some great recipes for meals made with fresh fruits and
vegetables from the Farmers’ Market. We’ll have free samples, tips, and
recipes cards to hand out to all market visitors.

Join us this Wednesday, from 3:00-6:00 pm behind the St. Rose of Lima
