Come to the Broad Brook Community Center, 3940 Guilford Center Road, on Thursday, July 20th at 1:00 pm to talk with fellow seniors about what's on your mind.

This Support Group meets the first and third Thursday each month. Participants were enthusiastic after the July 6th meeting:
"The Guilford Senior Support group is a safe environment to share difficulties and successes we experience as we age. Growing old is new territory for all of us, and it is so helpful to have this group as we navigate this unfamiliar territory."

Deb Albright, retired nurse and professional facilitator, will help the group follow some simple guidelines, but participants determine what comes up for discussion.
