Join us on Saturday, July 22, 2023 from 1:00 to 8:00 PM to celebrate 50 Years of the Pawlett Historical Society. We have something for everyone! A collection of textiles (vintage clothing, hats, quilts, ...) Photos of farms and sugarmakers (past and present), a magic show for children and the young at heart, facepainting, speaker Michael Lange on "The Many Meanings of Maple, and culminates with a concert by Vermont Fiddler Patrick Ross. 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM:
--Exhibit of PHS collection of textiles at the Town Hall
--Exhibit of Neil Rappaport's photos highlighting farms, sugarmakers, more at the Pawlet Library
1:00 PM: Childrens activities
--Hocus Pocus Magic Show by Blaine Goad at the Pawlet Library
--Face painting by Gretchen Hammel throughout the afternoon on the Town Green
3:00 PM:
--Speaker Michael Lange on The Many Meanings of Maple at the Town Hall
6:00 PM to 7:30 PM
--Concert by Vermont Fiddler Patrick Ross on the Town Green (rain site-Town Hall) bring a chair, bring a picnic dinner, free desserts following the program
