First some basics... this a shared home & I'm an insomniac who does not rise early so:

Ok - thanks. Now, the details:

Yard sale at 24 Furnace Street, Cambridge, 12816 this Saturday, July15th from 10am till about 3pm.

Should there be light rain, things will move onto the covered front porch; in heavy rain, event will be cancelled.

Will accept cash or Venmo; sorry, no checks, but holds might be available, depending.

Vast majority of items are either new, very lightly used or vintage.

Items include a couple of rugs, steamer trunk, some household items, kitchen/baking items, bedding, electronics, ladies clothing (summer & winter, including coats, sizes around 4-6), shoes (size 8), accessories (bags, etc.), and more. Clothing/shoes include some higher end items, suitable for both work and leisure, some still with tags.

Will have a small free bin of mostly cosmetic items that were used once and could not be returned.

Please note in case of allergies that all items come from a home with a very lovely dog.
