Join Kim & Kirk for Gentle Yoga + Sound Bath in the garden! Kim will lead a slow, gentle yoga flow into a sound bath immersion where Kirk will play Tibetan singing bowls, placing them on & near the body, with additional sound therapy from crystal bowls, chimes, and tuning forks. This nourishing & therapeutic experience elicits full relaxation and is suitable for yogis of all levels.
