Although I've been leading yoga teacher training for over 25 years, I'm excited to embark on my first in Vermont with Blyss Yoga!
We are holding an introductory session on Tuesday evening at 5- while we have several people starting their training, anyone with interest is welcome to join and see if teacher training or a yoga study immersion feels right for them! It is a very flexible program, and one may join and participate via Zoom as well… if you have interest, please let me know if you would like to attend -if online, I can email you the Zoom info. Programs available are RYS 200, 300 or 500 hour certification courses, but I also offer drop in options for those who wish to study a particular part of the yoga system offered -feel free to come Tuesday with questions, or request a schedule!
