Join me at The Nest Studio, a locally owned yoga studio, for a 'Move, Rest, Reflect' ; a monthly yoga offering combining elements of movement, rest and personal reflection alongside of optional massage hands-on assist, essential oils, and soothing music. This months class is themed around 'Svadhyaya' Sanskrit for 'Self Study.'
