Wolcott is having its FREE Bulk Waste Day for residents.

What we will accept:
● Old furniture
● Mattresses, box springs
● Carpet
● Large plastic toys
● Pool covers and liners
● Large metal items e.g. gas grills, appliances, lawn mowers, bicycles
● Clean lumber (not pressure treated or painted; no adhesives, or attached adhesives, tar paper, plastic or hardware)
● Tires - we will charge1/2 off of transfer prices - car and light truck tires only

What we will NOT take:
● Computers, televisions, printers, or any electronic devices
● Grass clippings, leaves and brush
● Household trash or recyclables
● Paint cans, driveway sealer, roofing tar, Freon and all other hazardous wastes
● Fluorescent light bulbs
● Clothing or other materials
● Construction materials/waste
● Batteries

Cost: Free, exception above (tires)

Plan your load please for efficient off-loading to avoid slowing down the service.

Be safe! Tie down or cover your load to prevent anything from blowing or falling off.
