FINAL REMINDER: Tuesday 8/12 @ 5pm is the DRB Clerk Application Deadline
The new Huntington Development Review Board (DRB) has an immediate opening for a part-time clerk. Duties include taking and publishing minutes from the boards meetings and hearings, which are held the second Tuesday evening of each month (beginning as early as 6 pm) and for additional evening meetings as required. Other responsibilities include agenda preparation, postings, and notifications; management of decisions and office files; receiving and processing subdivision, conditional use, and zoning appeal applications; and other administrative tasks as required. The Clerk receives hourly compensation. The variable schedule averages out to about 2-3 hours per week.
