If you are looking for something for your kiddo age 6-10 to do in the coming weeks, sign them up for a week of fun and mindfulness.
Kids will learn:
•How to uncover mindful habits while having fun;
•Engage with movement therapeutics for hand-eye coordination, balance, strength and flexibility;
•Develop an understanding of safe alignment in the body.
•How to dance with a hoop and practice Yoga;
•Kids will interact with each other through hoop and yoga games to develop team skills and exercise leadership when available.
•Kids will make their own hoop.
Sign-up is free to see if we can meet the minimum number of students, if launched, sliding scale rate for the week is $200-$400.
Campers will meet at Sacred in the Round for a 9am start having already eaten breakfast please, break for snack at 10:30 and water breaks as needed. Lunch will be at 12 and parents pick-up at 1pm. BYO lunch and water bottles (more details upon enrollment).
