The farm is open this Saturday from 10am to 3pm for picnic lunches, hiking, and we now are proud to offer Sisters of Anarchy Ice Cream from Shelburne! Both Single Serve and Quarts available.
Our farm-stand is open daily from 8am to 8pm featuring items from our farm and many local Vermont farms & small batch makers. This weekend we'll have fresh bread, blueberry scones, vegetables, our Nettle & Honey Crackers, Granolas, our own grass fed beef & lamb, parfaits and picnic lunches.
Come walk the farm, see the animals in pasture and some incredible views of Lake Bomoseen from up in the old orchard. Picnics available first come, first served in the farm stand, or bring your own!
Picnic Menu:
Steak Sandwich - farm raised grass fed flat iron steak, local tomatoes, garlic-scape pesto aioli on fresh made focaccia.
Veggie Sandwich - grilled summer veggies, garlic-scape pesto aioli, on fresh made herb focaccia.
Grilled Romaine Salad - grilled romaine, tomatoes, Blue Ledge Farm Middlebury Blue crumbles, fresh made buttermilk ranch dressing & a slice of focaccia.
The historic Battle of Hubbardton Revolutionary Way Re-enactment is also happening this weekend on Saturday & Sunday! Make a day of it and visit Hubbardton!
