The Disabled Access & Advocacy of the Rutland Area (DAARA) Committee invites you to the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) Anniversary Accessibility Tour around Downtown Rutland, where we introduce challenging spots during our walk and roll. Our goal is to open people's minds and realize that these areas need a proper "makeover" so people with mobility devices, as well as people with brain injuries, can maneuver safely without tripping and falling or experiencing other mishaps. Anyone interested in getting more educated and supporting awareness and accessibility is welcome! We will meet at the Vermont Center for Independent Living (VCIL) Rutland office on 60 Center Street in Rutland, Vermont at 1:00 p.m.
The ADA Accessibility Tour in will take place on Wednesday, July 26, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. It will happen in downtown Rutland City in Vermont (USA). Questions? Contact Jessica Butterfield at (802) 772-7042 or jbutterfield@vcil.org.
