Beavers: a Force of Nature

Past event
Jul 16, 2023, 10 AM to 12 PM

Join the Tunbridge Conservation Commission, Fish and Wildlife biologist Tyler Brown, and White River Partnership biologist Rudi Ruddell for a fascinating look at a beaver complex thriving in the northeast corner of Tunbridge and spanning into the Town of Chelsea. Discussion will include the beneficial role beavers have played in our landscape and some innovative methods used to "baffle" them from causing harm to our roadways.

This event is happening Sunday, July 16, 2023 10:00 AM - 12:00 AM.

This look at beaver habitat will involve a short hike on a class IV road. We plan to meet at the Tunbridge Library and ride-share as parking is somewhat limited at the site.

Please email tunbridgeconservation@gmail.com to RSVP or with any questions regarding this event.
