Meet Tracey Medeiros, VT chef and cookbook author, at the Mad River Taste Place on Saturday, July 8. Tracey's book -- The Vermont Farm Table Cookbook -- is celebrating its 10th Anniversary, and the new edition includes 150 homegrown recipes from across Vermont with revised and updated content.
Tracey will shop the Waitsfield Farmers Market on Saturday morning before arriving at the Taste Place. Tracey will demo her recipe for Massaged Kale Salad with Asian Peanut Dressing, with samples available for tasting, and will sign cookbooks and be available to chat with customers.
The Vermont Farm Table Cookbook is available for purchase at the Mad River Taste Place ($25.95), and the event is presented in partnership with Bridgeside Books in Waterbury.
