Meditation Class: Pema Chodron DVD Series

There is an upcoming program at the Burlington Shambhala Center I wanted to let you know about. It is called, 'The Places That Scare You,' The class meets Tuesdays from 7:00 - 9:00pm, September 3 - October 1. During each class, participants will watch a DVD of Pema Chodron teaching on how to work with fear, aversion and suffering in order to benefit others. Discussion will follow.
