The Town of Cornwall's Lister are currently finalizing the Town's Grand List for 2023, which is a listing of the assessed values of all the properties in the town. Property owners whose assessments have changed since last year have been notified by mail. They and any other property owners have the opportunity to question and/or challenge the Lister's appraisals at a "Grievance Meeting" which will be held on July 13th from 3-6 PM, but the Listers are available to answer questions anytime during the year.
