Stop by the Mad River Libraries' table at Saturday's Farmer's Market to learn about our fun, free, family-friendly summer learning events while you add to our community weaving project. We'll have plenty of things to weave in, but we encourage you to add your own special items, too! Ideal weaving materials include ribbon, long scraps of fabric, yarn, wool, or other (non-perishable) treasures. If you can't make it to the Farmer's Market but still want to make your mark, our loom will be taking a trip around the Valley Libraries this summer - stay tuned for more information. Thanks to Susan Snider of Mad River Fiber Arts and Mill for her help and materials!
This event is the kick-off to the MRV Libraries' Summer Learning Program "All Together Now". Check out any of our websites for information about all the exciting things happening between now and August 4th!
