Thanks to a generous grant from NorthCountry Federal Credit Union, Water Wanderings was able to expand our guest teacher program this year and offer two free public workshops at the Green River Reservoir. The first is on July 14th from 1:30 - 3:00 pm with Heidi Wilson, a songweaver and song leader whose passion is to share songs in service to community and the wild world; songs that celebrate the seasons, bring groups together, offer thanks, muster courage, and make room for healing and grieving.
Join Heidi for an afternoon of connecting with each other and the water through rich harmony and soul-stirring melodies Heidi has gathered from the universe to share with us. We'll meet up at the boat launch and walk together to our singing spot.

On another note, it's not too late to sign up for Family Camp II or the 9-12 session!
We still have spaces in our second family camp and the 9-12 session. Please spread the word and consider signing up! Families of all kinds are welcome to join us for the family camp - grandparents, aunties, uncles, cousins, etc. We need at least two more large families or three smaller ones to sign up for us to be able to run the camp. The 9-12 session will run either way, and we would love to have more campers join our returning campers from last year who are signed up! Water Wanderings is special; as one camper from last year said:
"Most camps I go to, it's like a big group, but I really liked the small group. You get to know everybody and learn each other's skill sets."
