On Saturday, August 16th the East Montpelier Fire Department will celebrate its 50th anniversary of protecting our neighbors in East Montpelier and Calais. The festivities will start at 4:00pm and will conclude with a fireworks show around 9:00pm. We invite you to joins us for fun, food, music, and demonstrations at our station located at 54 Village Acres in East Montpelier. During the event we will have a formal unveiling of the 50 Year Granite Plaque and a remembrance for our fallen EMFD brethren.

The Hilltop Restaurant will be providing a catered buffet dinner for those who have purchased tickets. We also plan on additional food for purchase options available for those wishing a less formal eating approach.
