3. IF you have already placed your deposit for a July Challenge, you may apply that deposit to two drop-in classes in July or receive a refund. Playing it by ear for August Challenge so folks who have enrolled in August Challenges let's just wait and see if pther want to commit and challenge their practice to 3x/wk that month.
4. IF you are a PATRON**, you may apply any of these classes as your option for attendance gifted in exchange for your patronage for the week or for the month (depending on the tier of patronage support you have enrolled in).

Description of Classes:
>>M-Th will be the typical Pippa*-style mixture of All Levels Asana Vinyasa (flow from posture to posture) and Asana holds (for flexibilty and for strengthening).
These weekday evening classes will be 75-minutes long with short meditation guidance and a relaxing Savasana. $25 or barter.
>>Friday evenings will be a more beginner-oriented class focusing on the asanas and their variations. Sliding Scale ($15-$30, bring with you to class, free to sign-up).
>>Saturday mornings is an early start to eake up to joints and muscles and energy with lots of movement with breath guidance.
>>Sunday mornings GratitudeYoga is a slowflow mixed with Yin postural holds and a longer savasana. This class focuses on the intention of living with a gratitude practice.

Pippa Dorfman was certified to teach Yoga by Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in 2005 and has taught ever since. She is also a Prenatal Method prenatal Yoga teacher (certified in 2014). At uni, Pippa studied the human body and alternative medicine then graduated with a B.Sc. and opened Stepping Stone Yoga Studio in the summer of 2016 in Jeffersonville, VT. She is mother of two and a life-time birth Doula. Sacred in the Round has been Pippa's entrepreneurial vision since graduating college in 2011.
