Development Review Board Agenda - August 19 - 7:30pm - Town Office (lower level conference room)

1) Review minutes of August 5 meeting.

2) Laforce - transfer of land to adjoining neighbor - property located at 109 Lavigne Hill Road in the RR1 zoning district.

3) Degraff - conditional use for expansion of an existing non-complying structure - property located at 233 Southwest Shore Road in the Shoreline zoning district - request is to raise the roof on an existing structure by no more than 4 feet.

4) Hinesburg Center LLC - Site Plan & Subdivision Revision to combine lots 42, 43, 48 into a single lot (lot 48) for development west of the Kinney Drugs building. Property located at intersection of Route 116, Farmall Drive, Kaileys Way. This is the last remaining lot to be developed in the Kinney Drugs, Bristol Bakery development. Proposed - a pocket park next to a mixed use, two-story building with office space on first floor and three apartments on second floor.

5) Hinesburg Center LLC - Subdivision revision - request to modify Conclusion #5 requiring the removal of extra walkways that were built contrary to the approved plan, and Order #4 with regard to the required construction date for the second pocket park. Property located at intersection of Route 116, Farmall Drive, Kaileys Way.

6) Green Street LLC - Subdivision revision final plat review - property located on Green Street (off Charlotte Road in village area) - major revision to the previously approved subdivision - previously approved single family dwellings and a 5-unit multi-family dwelling would be replaced by one lot with seven multi-family buildings containing 23 dwelling units. Continued from May 20 and August 5 meetings.

7) Other business - Continued closed deliberation on the Haystack Crossing (Black Rock Construction) subdivision sketch plan application - hearing closed on July 15.
