On Wednesdays from 4.30pm-5.30pm you are invited to come learn the basics of Tai Chi at the Brattleboro Common.
Tai Chi Chuan (also known simply as Tai Chi) is an ancient Chinese martial art that fosters overall wellness. It consists of making slow, graceful movements while breathing deeply.
I've been studying Tai Chi Chuan for 2.5 years under Sifu Tzyann Hsu. I will be happy to share with you the basics of this martial art.
