Tomorrow, Wednesday the 28th, from 7-9, the Civic Standard is hosting our monthly old-time music jam ~ welcoming fiddlers, along with banjo, guitar, mandolin, and bass players into our back room for a cozy evening of good tunes and good cheer! If the rains hold off, we'll take the music outside to the park next door. Styled after traditional New England kitchen junkets, we hope to gather neighbors around a shared repertoire of southern and far northern standards.

All levels of playing proficiency are welcome! As per session etiquette, if you are an absolute beginner, please play on the periphery. The session is free of charge, but donations are gladly accepted. Snacks and beverages will be provided, and listeners are welcome to peek in and listen. See you there!
