The Alzheimer's Association is thrilled to offer an opportunity in partnership with the Northeast Disabled Athletics Association this July. There will be open slots on July 10th, 17th, and 24th at Waterbury Center State Park for participants with dementia or MCI who want to register for adaptive kayaking. Adaptive kayaking is open to anyone with mobility challenges.

Each interested participant is pre-screened by completing a medical screening/registration form. If attending with a caregiver, there will be picnic tables near the launch area to enjoy watching the participants paddle. Trained staff affiliated with the NDAA will be on-site facilitating all attendees in and out of the water. Come support accessibility in action!
