The Friends of the Moore Free Library will hold their summer book sale on the lawn of the Library (23 West Street, Newfane) on Saturday, July 8, from 9 am to 2 pm (rain or shine). The offerings will be as diverse and meticulously organized as in their usual iconic sales with over forty categories and an especially large selection of children's books. Buy a Moore Free Library tote bag for $15 or fill it with books for $20. For more information contact Julie at julielavorgna@gmail.com or 802-365-7278.
We are deeply grateful to the readers in our community who donated so generously. For those who were not able to do so for this particular sale: never fear. In late July and early August we will be accepting donations for our fall sale, to take place on October 7 during the Heritage Festival weekend. Stay tuned for specific days and times.
