The Monkton Conservation Commission invites you to this summer's second session of wild parsnip removal at Morse Park this Friday evening. Encouragingly, the number of plants seems lower than last year, and we hope to continue the downward trend. Bring your parsnip shovel or other preferred tool, and for your comfort and safety, protective clothing. Bug/tick spray and water are also advised. We will meet at the lower parking lot at Monkton Central School and would love to have you join us.
