The Rutland County Master Gardeners will offer another fascinating workshop for members and the public on Monday, July 17, 2023 at 7:00, at the Godnick Center. Chef and mushroom forager Ian Vair will give a presentation about medicinal and culinary fungals, and will share his expertise in mycology and cooking with mushrooms. He will bring many examples of the fungi he collects and share his decades of experiences. He also will bring a tea for us to sample.
