As a young boy, Patrick loved the singer-songwriters of the '70's, drawn to the works of such artists as Cat Stevens, Paul Simon & Neil Young. Though his first instrument was the drums, he eventually picked up the guitar, coming full circle to follow the path of his childhood heroes.
Patrick is currently working on his eighth album which he hopes to release in the fall of '23. His latest album, Bird Tree, has been getting airplay on many Vermont radio stations including The Point, WDEV and VPR's All the Traditions.
As a solo artist Patrick has shared the stage with some of the acoustic music scene's biggest names including Shawn Colvin, Dar Williams, Roger McGuinn, Ellis Paul and Vance Gilbert. As a member of From Good Homes, a band he founded back in the 90's and signed to RCA records, he opened up shows or toured with Bob Dylan, Dave Mathews Band, Hootie and the Blowfish, Joan Osborne, Wide Spread Panic, David Crosby and Bob Weir among many others.
All WCBCS events are open to the public and free of charge. Freewill cash donations for the performers are graciously accepted. These events are weather permitting, but we do our best to schedule rain dates.
Shady J's BBQ will be there as well. Grab a sammich, enjoy the show, stick around for a fantastic sunset.
