One week today!
The Roxbury community is so ready for a day full of fun, and if that incudes umbrellas and getting a bit wet…well, let it rain. But for now we are hoping for another beautiful day like last year!
Everything is on track, and volunteers have been planning and working hard.
Along with all the wonderful traditions of years past, this year we have more than three hours of live entertainment, fun in the park for the kids, free face painting , lots of give aways, and we have added a hot dog child's menu to the BBQ.
This years chicken BBQ menu asks for a donation of $12 adults, $10 seniors, and $5 for children's menu ages 12 and under.
The menu this year is:
1/4 of a chicken or hot dog (age 12 and under)
Cole slaw
Potato salad
Roll
Watermelon
Come on down, sit a spell, enjoy catching up with friend and neighbors, and bring that umbrella…just in case.
