I work at Central Vermont Council on Aging, and I want to invite you to our fall fundraiser.

On Saturday, September 9, at Oxbow Park in Morrisville we are hosting Age Outdoors: a bicycle ride, fun run and walk on the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail in Morrisville, VT to support and raise awareness for healthy aging! Registration and check-in opens at 8:30 AM. The bicycle ride and fun run begin at 9:30 AM and the walk begins at 10:00 AM.

Fun will continue all morning at Oxbow Park with lunch from Morse Block Deli, included in your ticket, plus lawn games, music, and prizes.

To me, supporting healthy aging means finding ways to advocate for and participate in community activities that provide opportunities for movement and wellness.

Please join me in attending the event as a bicycle rider, runner or walker, or you can donate in support of my fundraising goal.
