Hello Neighbors,

The Peace & Justice Center has now hosted two of the four PJC Summer Kids’ Club events! They have been a great success with much support and love from our community; you have made this possible! Take another small and fun step with your family toward peace and justice for all this Saturday, August 9th with the PJC Kids’ Club as we are going to learn and celebrate the beautiful and diverse countries of Europe! We’ll be learning how to say, “I believe in Peace and Justice” in various European languages including (at the very least) Italian, Bulgarian, Ukrainian, German, French, and Spanish. We will also play the Italian version of Capture the Flag by the Burlington Waterfront, snack on a baguette that may be taller then most participants (credit to August 1st Bakery) and much more! Bring the whole family down to the Peace & Justice Center to empower them being the creators of a peaceful and fun world where diversity is a strength, not a reason for division! Also save the date for our final 2014 Summer Kids' Club event which will focus on cultures in Asia (August 23rd). Let me know if you have any questions.
