The Bethel Equity and Inclusion committee is hosting a community event to celebrate Juneteenth. Monday June 19th, 2023 from 5pm-7pm at the Bandshell. The event will feature Barbecue from We Smoke Everything, a Bounce House, Cotton Candy, and is FREE and open to all! Local businesses and community organizations will be presenting information about services they provide as well as fun activities for kids and families. Students from the Sharon Academy will host carnival games as well. Members of the Bethel Equity and Inclusion Committee and Bethel town government will be present to chat about upcoming events and initiatives. Bring the family, chairs, blankets, and gather with community to celebrate this important day in US History.
