The 2023 Deb Beckett Memorial 5K Run, sponsored by the Williston-Richmond Rotary Club and Town of Williston Recreation and Parks, will be held on Saturday, July 1, 2023, at the Williston Village Community Park. Runners at all levels are welcome. Walkers are also welcome and this year we are pleased to announce a ½ mile Kids Run for children 4-12 years old. Children under 12 years old or may opt to run in either the 5K or the ½ mile Kids Run.

Check-in for all will open at 7 AM. Please check in as early as possible. Kids and accompanying adults should plan to arrive at the park for check-in no later than 7:30 AM for an 8 AM start time. Walkers should arrive for check-in no later than 7:45 AM for an 8:15 AM start and runners should arrive no later than 8:15 AM for an 8:45 AM start. There will be signage from Williston Road to the registration/start area.

On-line pre-registration is available on the Williston Recreation & Parks website: www.willistonrec.org. Pre-Registration is $25 for participants 17 years and older and $15 for under 17 years. The deadline for pre-registration is June 18, 2023. Pre-registered walkers and adult runners are guaranteed a souvenir race and water bottle. On-site registration is $30 for runners and walkers over age 17 and $20 for those under 17, with shirts and water bottles available on a first-come, first-served basis.

There are no fees or pre-registration for the Kids Run. An adult must accompany each participant to the race site and sign their registration form. The accompanying adult is welcome but not required to run with their child or children. Arrangements have been made for adults to run with and supervise the kids.
