Hi everyone! I'm a final year dental hygiene student at Vermont Tech in Williston and I'm looking for people to come in as patients for me in the Fall 2023 Semester!🤩
I'm looking for patients who:
1. Have not gotten their teeth cleaned within the last 2-3+ years
2. Does not brush or floss regularly
3. Has been told they accumulate build up on their teeth quickly
4. Smoker/Tobacco use (not required)
5. Visible calculus build up on your teeth
You would come in for 2-3 appointments on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon starting in September 2023 each lasting approximately 3 hours depending on your condition. The appointments are 3 hours long as you would be seen by me, a student, and I will be required to be extremely thorough. We are also supervised by clinic faculty and a general dentist.
What will be included in your visit(s):
1. Full medical and dental history
2. Oral cancer screening
3. Periodontal examinations
4. Oral hygiene instruction
5. Full mouth cleaning and polishing
6. Fluoride treatment
7. Free toothbrush, tongue scraper and floss to bring home!
If you do not have dental insurance, this is a great opportunity as it is only $35 total for all of your combined visits, and they could be free!😊 (we also accept Medicaid)
Responsibilities of the patient:
- Please only inquire if you are serious about committing to being a reliable patient as this can affect my grade if a patient cancels and I don't have time to find a new one.
- You must have reliable transportation!
