Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. Each Myofascial Release Treatment session is performed directly on skin without oils, creams. This enables the therapist to accurately detect fascial restrictions and apply the appropriate amount of sustained pressure to facilitate release of the fascia.

Randy Phelps lived in Danville, Vermont and operate Perfect Touch Airbnb Yoga & Massage in 2019-2021. He worked in Tiaga Spa at Jay Peak Resort in 2021-2022 providing Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage, Couples Massage, Sports Massage, Hot Stone, Maple Foot Scrub and Scalp Massage. In 2021, He began to focus more on giving and receiving MFR Myfascial Release as taught by John Barnes.
