This session is for you & your family to learn together. Telling a story is a powerful tool – some common factors that complicate family dynamics at end-of-life (estrangements, conflict, death, kids living far away, substance abuse, etc.). I will share how our hospice team—specifically social workers—approaches and supports this time in your life and will include a brief overview on advance directives/appointing a health care agent.
