Cooking with farm fresh vegetables when preparing meals for 1 or 2 persons on August 20th at 12:30pm, at the Castleton Community Center. There will be a cooking demonstration and sample session. Please join us.

SASH (Support And Services at Home) is a FREE service available to all Medicare recipients. It is designed to assist individuals with staying happy, healthy, and most importantly at HOME! SASH is now in the Castleton/Fair Haven area.
