In keeping with The Chelsea Spotlight newsletter's theme, "The Cemeteries and Cellar Holes Issue," the Chelsea Public Library is exciting to announce a special workshop with Carl Childs: "Finding Old Stone Walls, Roads & Cellar Holes using the VT Interactive Map Viewer" on Tuesday, June 20th from 5-6 pm. Curious?
Come learn how to spot old stone walls, old roads, and cellar holes buried deep in the woods from the comfort of your home using a computer and the Vermont Interactive Map Viewer. This workshop with Carl Childs will focus on the Chelsea area, but the process can be used anywhere in Vermont. There will be about 15 minutes of instruction and then you will be free to explore on your own. The library has limited computers available so bring your own laptop, if possible and connect to the Library's wifi.
