Community site walk at the proposed Monkton Town Forest, (meet at the Hardscrabble Rd fire pond 1554 Hardscrabble Rd., Bristol VT 05443). Let the committee know if you plan to join, townforest@monktonvt.com Plan on approximately two hours total for the walk, including a visit to beaver pond/wetlands and then a forested walk on the western side of the parcel, but if you need to leave early that is fine.
