Looking for something fun on Sunday? Come to Groton!

Check out the Grand Opening of the Groton Nature Center this Sunday from 11am-2pm. The rain-or-shine, family-friendly Open House will feature nature activities, tours, raffles, and light refreshments. Best of all, it's free! Located at 1595 Boulder Beach Rd, Groton, e nature center is near 7 state parks, all of which are free this weekend for Vermont Days.

This nature center was restored and reopened thanks to a partnership between Vermont Parks Forever, the foundation for Vermont's 55 state parks; Vermont State Parks; and ECHO, Leahy Center for Lake Champlain.

If you can't make it to the opening Sunday, the Groton Nature Center will be open all season with free entrance!
