The Marlboro Volunteer Fire Company will be giving a talk at the 10:00 a.m. Saturday coffee hour at the Marlboro Community Center on "Fire Safety in Your Home." There will be a demonstration of how to properly use a fire extinguisher, and a video on how to quickly put out kitchen fires, where most fires start. As well, there will be hand-outs from the American Red Cross regarding their free smoke alarm installation program. Bring your questions. The talk will be hybrid — in person at the MCC and via zoom. MCC will announce the zoom link on the Friday before the event. The program is sponsored by Marlboro Cares in collaboration with MCC.
