We will be having another garden swap Sunday June 11th from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM outside Pingala Cafe at the picnic tables. The swaps are very laid back and neighbors can add anything they want to swap on the tables and take anything they want to bring home.
Here are a few things to keep in mind for swaps:
1. Please do not bring any invasives to the swap.
2. Please label what you bring and make sure it's in a container for easy planting. You can also write down any care instructions (partial shade/full sun/etc).
3. Bring baskets, cardboard trays or any other transport method to bring home your new plant friends!
There will be seedling starter trays at the swap to assist you with gathering plants. There will also be paper bags along with plant name markers in case people forget to label something.
My hope is to host a swap every week throughout the summer and into the fall as long as the weather holds up each Sunday. As always, we have our Garden Google Group so feel free to let me know if you want an invite or if you have questions!
